Unusual Pizza Toppings?

Do any of you have unusual pizza toppings or combinations of toppings that others find unusual? Something different from the norm - supreme, pepperoni, etc. I myself like spinach, tomato, pepperoni, maybe even throw some onion on there.
What do you all like?

I am normally a plain cheese pizza kind of person. But one day I was in a pizza parlour and they had such a variety of pizzas. They had pizza with penne, brocolli, chicken, steak, etc. some of them were actually a complete meal on a pizza. I spotted a pizza with eggplant on it, since I like eggplant I thought that I would try it. To my pleasant surprise, it was really good.
