How to prevent yourself from sleeplessness(Insomnia)

Don't think that What would it be if sleep did not come? boil a glass of milk(neither so cold nor so hot),light hot. Add one spoonful butter into milk and add suitable sugar and take it. You have to do it just few minutes before going to bed. You will certainly be getting sound sleep.

Hi, I would usually take a warm drink - chocolate or coffee. If I still can't sleep, I would either read a book or watch TV, and just don't think about the sleeplessness - sooner or later, I would feel tired and fall asleep!
