In that Yoga is a Science which is easily adoptable
in Yoga "Pranayama" is the procedure to reduce Blood Pressure
Pranayama is so vast to explain, so please go to google and read about it
within short words pranayama is a alternate breathing from one nostril to other
please share ur views after reading about pranayama............

garlic is good for pressure.My mother had high blood pressure she used a lot of garlic when she cooks,she even boil it in water and drink it. now her pressure don't bother her any more.

Maybe you know about this alternative medicine one for high blood pressure, but walking bare foot on green grass for fifteen to twenty minutes, improves blood circulation and helps to maintain healthy blood pressure. It is also good for reducing high blood pressure.
Yes. I just looked it up and it sounds a good thing to help reduce high blood pressure. I think I would have to go to a pranayama class though, as if you do it incorrectly it can cause more harm than good. I am not good at reading these sort of things about breathing, 'I need to be shown'. So I think taking the classes would be fun and if it helps reduce high blood pressure, even better.
