watching nice video will help us to realized something in our life. like if we watch csi, we learned something while watching it or hero.

That was beautiful. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I used to tell my boss, You know, it's not about the money or the long hours, sometimes we just want to know that you appreciate the efforts we put in.
He got to where he would come up to some of us and actually say to us, Good job, I apprecitate the job you are doing.
