unconditional love?

Love is supposed to be unconditional but people put conditions on them. Of course you wouldn't want anyone whom you love to mess around with someone else because that would cause the love to fade (obviously) but if there are two people in a relationship they should have unconditional love for each other. That way no one else can become involved in their relationship. As far as "Do this and I'll love you.." that is becoming a certain thing for someone to love you and that's no good. Either you love me the way I am or not at all.
