Do you have a website, did you make it yourself, and how did you learn?

Do you have a website, whether it is a personal website or business? Did you build it yourself using HTML or PHP or the like? (Not WYSIWYG editors). If you built it yourself, how did you learn html? I have my own website, I built it myself using both HTML and PHP. My brother taught me how to make them 9 years ago when I was 11 and I developed it from there.

I made my webpage through "Word" I did it this way as I was told it was the easiest, I was just shown how to do it and then learnt along the way myself...
