People I have the problem with these kids and they are my neighbors, for the last 3 years they are very annoying because they have unacceptable habits like throwing stones at my home and kicking the gates of my home. I am very nice person and doing this to me sometimes I get angry and scold them, sometimes these kids will get angry
too and they form groups and throwing insults at me. This is my questions what I'm going to do or I'm going to report this to police but here in the philippines minority
isn't been jailed or just let them do things to me.

I almost wanted to ask you if you lived in my old neighborhood, but we do not even live within the same country.
My family used to have the same problems with the kids on our street. They would, from a surrounding backyard, throw rocks at my dogs and my family. We tried to discuss it with their parents, and they would either say, "I will take care of it" (and never did), or they would say that their children wouldn't do something like that. Things finally got so out of hand, and they had driven us so crazy that we decided to move before one of us snapped and took matters into our own hands. They had gone so low as to throw stuff at our dogs when we let them outside to potty (which obviously would anger the dogs), and then call the local animal control and tell them that our dogs were vicious and trying to attack them.
Anyway, I am not sure what to tell you to do. We tried a lot of things with our terrible neighbor kids, and nothing worked. We even tried being friendly to them even though they were jerks. We had to move out, and had to leave. I really hope that you can find a solution, because you don't need to stay around those kinds of people.

Reporting them to the police might be a good idea.
I cannot remember where this happened or who it happened to, but someone was having problems with someone and called a sheriff, and the officer said that he could not make any arrests or put out any warrants unless he had proof or was able to witness it himself.
But, if you bring it to the police, at least they will have some sort of report filed that you ARE having problems with these people. If they cannot do anything then, they may have basis for future action.

megaman2000ph Iwould indeed report them to the police and keep reporting as they must have to do something , and report their parents too, parents are responsible for juveniles after all.
Even in the Philippines they must have some laws governing minors. and their parents.
