Am I alone?

I am very new to this sight and clearly have to learn my way around here. I would love to blog on here but have no clue where to begin. The only blog I have is on myspace and it is recently started. How In the world am I to go about this. I went to "add a blog" and then I am asked "Enter your blogs RSS, MXL or ATOM feed her. What in the world is that. I also have to add this Enter the URL typically used in the web browser not the feeder. HELP SOMEONE! If this is all wrong here please forgive me.
