If you could live any where in the world where would you choose?

Hi there apples99 I know this is probably not going to be an original answer but I do love where I live and feel it is the perfect place for me and my boys to live. I too have lived in a couple of other countries and places but find that where we are is just right for us. I am only 2 hours from my mum's house, an hour from my brother. The beach isn't too far, the crime rate is low, our house is of a good size for all of us and has a nice garden. Ok so the weather could be a bit nicer at times but I don't like to be too hot or too cold which it never gets here! I am pleased with my kids schooling and the local activities that are available. Also it is a really friendly town. I think that is about it!

Well I guess I'd live any place in the world as long as its underground or within a mountain, but I won't be as uncivilized as mole like or cave dwelling people. I'd like to live in an underground stronghold far from the reach of storms, tornadoes, bush fires, avalanches, drought, floods, pests, nuclear explosions and I'd make sure I'm very well protected form earthquakes and lava bursts too. I'd have an artificial day and night as well as scheduled rains. About one third of my lair would be focused on growing crops and other sources of food, the other one third would be the core of my home or villa, and the final third would be dedicated for my own source of energy. I also have no plans to isolate myself from society so I'll have an access tunnel form my home to a near by city. When I get rich enough I'd find a way to make this come true, and if I even get richer then I plan to make a whole city like this. I know its a bit far fetched form the answer you are looking for, but that is where I really plan to be.
