Why we need to warm up cool down

Many fitness enthusiasts skip warming up and cooling down because they rush to get to the "meat" of the program. If you think that warm-ups and cooldowns are just waste of time, think again. These rituals help your heart prepare for and recover from excercise. So when you doing exercise please don't forget to warming up and cooling down.
