Please give me advice and feedback

i started a blog not too long ago. I have about 7 posts so far and i have added some content. I really want to make and maintain a nice blog but i wanna know what people like to see in a blog, what people look for in a blog.
So please take a peek at my blog. I am new to blogging and i want to get started on the right foot and feedback is the best way to do that.
I take kindly to constructive criticism and suggestions for blog content is always welcomed.

So what exactly is wrong with your blog?..
As I sit here on a sunny Sunday afternoon, whilst my 3 kids are
doing the "Haka" over various things.. I am touched by your blog and its content.
PLEASE BE ADVISED I am NOT an experienced by any means blogger, however I don't really care, as blogging is so new to this uneducated internet kiwi.
I have read your blog, and I find you to be a new Mum To be, as the saying woudl go and wish you nothing but the best with it , should you wish to carry on to full term.
Blog ? PFFFTTTT! Life! Go Hard Girl!.. all the VERY best for yours and your babys future!

Just like you im new at blogging. I have less than ten posts and im thinking of writing more interesting topics. It's basically a personal blog. I write things about my day to day life and what i've been up to. It's like a diary. My suggestion for your blog is just write anything that you feel like writing. Write informative posts. I too am fairly new to the blog thing...I write from my heart...
It may be a poem, a saga of the week ...lol or what have you, just make sure YOU are happy with what you wrote and thats a huge key in the esteem sense of writing.
I wrote an article from advice thru a member here on my reuniting with my sister and it got published. Triond was my first if that helps at all! Add me as a friend and we can struggle together hun! LOL

seems to me that this is mostly what strikes you. this is good. and i noticed that you are online student, same with me.... you really dont have a specific topic but you also have to categorize what your blog. you can categorize it as personal, online study, business, miscellaneous.... something like that!

You write pretty well. Your grammar is ok.
The recent blog though has a dark colored font which makes it hard to read.

I still feel uncomfortable with the colors. Usually the rule is if you have dark backgrounds you should have light colored fonts, and vice-versa. Try reading about power point presentation.

Just make it original and interesting.
There are no guidelines because its going out to the world where everyone has different interests.
So as long as its original and interesting you'll grab your readership.

Hi Gia. I have seen your blog. I am also a newbie in blogging. SO i guess i will just have to hang out for a while and wait for more replies to your post so i could also get suggestions. I hope more will reply. I think also that you need to change your font color. It should contrast the color of your background. Try a lighter color. This is just a fellow-newbie suggestion. :) Check out my blog too - on my profile.
