do you use mouse when using your laptop?

i still use mouse when im using the laptop. im much more comfortable with it. its just hard to navigate with the laptop mouse. im not really used to it.

I think using mouse is more comfortable and convinent. but for some laptop, such as IBM, Dell, there is a red or blue button on the keyboard, it is very convinent and intereting. Some people can play games with this button. In addition, using the button can be very useful for your health:)

Like most mylotters responding to your discussion, i too chose mouse over laptop's touch pad. Maybe becos i'm not accustomed to using it, but i always feel awkward and uncomfortable when using touch pad. Sometimes a touch pad is just too sensitive that for example, even though i dont mean to close a window, it will close a window for me, etc. Once, my aunt's laptop has scroll button instead of touchpad and i also feel weird using it. Often i kept on feeling like the scroll button keeps on scrolling itself against what i want it to do. Do i make sense? lol. Mouse is much better, maybe because it feels firmer under my hand and i know i have full control of it and that it wont make movement that i'm not aware of. Thank you for the discussion, chellymarz, now i know that i'm not the only one feeling weird with laptop's touch pad! :)

hello! when i use my laptop i prefer using it with a mouse. i find using the touchpad tedious. when i'm on battery though i try to use the touchpad instead of the mouse to save the battery. i don't know if it really does save battery but i just do it lol. if i'm playing games on my laptop, i prefer to use the mouse because i react quicker with a mouse than with the touchpad. also when i do stuff on photoshop.

I usually use my mouse on my laptop unless I am out with it. It's just more convenient than using the embedded mouse pad LOL

yes and no.When im here at home or surfing the net yes i do use mouse.But when i am at work im much comfortable using my keyboard than mouse.THanks happy mylotting!

hi i rarely use my touchpad since i bring my retractable mouse all the time.. though i know someone who can use his touchpad to create big big tarps...and create vectors.... whhhhatttt!!!! that's n amazing skill.... happy mylotting

I will use mouse if I am in my room and I use touchpad if I am at outside like library. I can use mouse and touchpad. I don't have particular favorite. I heard using to much laptop touchpad will mae it spoil. Therefore I onlu use it when I don't have mouse with me. If I have mouse, than I will use mouse.

i use a separate ball mouse that is easier on my wrist.. i hate the touch pad mouse on my laptop and it was impossible to edit photos with it

I use mouse with laptop. I'm used to it, i guess. I feel weird and and do things slower if i use the mouse pad embedded in the laptop. So i prefer mouse. But the problem is, sometimes, it is not that sufficient to use mouse. Like when sitting in the park. Where to put the mouse then?

no, because i feel that everything has a purpose, including the touchpads that come with laptops.

I use the mouse, because if i play games, I can't possibly be playing with the touchpad right =D

It is actually easier not using a mouse on my laptop, so I do not use one.

No I dont use a mouse when im using my laptop,as im comfortable using the touch pad I prefer that.Its difficult for me to fix my mouse during my travel time and all.So I go with my touchpad rather than a separate mouse.Thank You.Happy mylotting
