How do you deal with the insomnia?

I belive most of people had or are having this problem. I had tried many methods to overcome this problem when I sleepless, such as to listen to some cradlesongs and keep relaxing,however useless, especially when I bother about something. Can you give me some advice? Thank you.

Hi Christina, the more I worry about not able to sleep, the more anxious I become, so it gets worse. So I would just try to relax, and not think about the sleeplessness. Take a warm drink; read a book, watch TV - I would eventually get tired, and fall asleep.

I also heard that having a warm drink is help to sleeping. To have a relaxing mind is the mose important factor to fall asleep. Thank you very much!
