can i make someone put money on paypal account by paying them ?

I have been planning to register online but most of the sites are requiring online payments such as paypal. I do have paypal account but it is empty. I am planning that someone will pay for me and pay them afterwards after successful registration. What do you think guys?

If I were you, I would not borrow money for online activity, for one reason, online site taht require payment sometime are just scam, or the payment is slow. For that reason, I don't think it would be wise for you to ask your friend to pay for you. First of all, nobody would, I would not for sure. And, if they would, then you have to pay them back if you loose that money online. Are you ready for that?
