Hey everyone.. I am working in a PTC site named BurnBux. One of my friend got paid from that site. I also clicked for payout and was waiting for my payment for the past one week. Today when I am trying to access that site, it says... Hi users! If you want to help the site to come back you have to send 5$ eachone, you can send the money at this address: nandorballa@yahoo.com It is neccesary to send at least 20 users to reopen the site! Have never seen or experienced such things.. Did you get the same or its me???

No, never. This sounds really bogus. Why would you have to pay for a site to stay open? They should be taking care of this matter themselves... This sounds really odd.. I know if it was me, and I saw this, I would not give them a dime..

If the site is indeed paying I would think that somebody might have hacked them or probably another DDOS attack. My advise is do a research ask other people in forums about. I did check the site and I got the same error message. I did a search on it I haven't anything so far. But try to search some forums and find out what happened. Somebody is obviously trying to scam the users. Whoever they are, they are doing a terrible job to think that they used a free yahoo account for the payment.

I think that its a foolish idea. I don't think that any members will pay them. Because the payout is $1. One will not mind to lose that $1 instead of $5. Lol. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

nah i wouldn't really bother giving them a penny... it's probably a scam from one of those users who just wants to make extra money by tricking some people... and I never experienced that kind of thing b4 -0-;; happy mylotting :)

Yes those are pyramid scams, where they scam you of your money so that you may be added to the "mailing list". If it ever works, you probably wont get much at all, and those who do get paid well, are taking most of the money from others wanting the same thing. So its like the lottery. You cant win. So I advise you dont do it =)

Oh my God..yet another scam site..Do not pay them the money. This is where they try to cheat you. If they do not have enough funds to run the site, it is shame on them . It is more shame to ask the visitors to pay money to run their site. I have never seen a site that asks the visitors to pay moeny to them..Why should we? Stop visiting the site. The site was referred to me too by a mylot friend. But I thought of registering in it at a later time but forgot about it..How much do they owe to you? Thank God that you have not spent months time there..

Its a low payout website. I just reached $1 and requested the payout a week back. I was just waiting for the site to pay me and was not regular after that. Today I saw this. Its shame on them. You are right. I have not invested anything. Thank God!!

I have never used this site, but I would be extremely suspicious of this sort of message. I would definitely stay away from the site and would believe that it is bogus. Be very careful!

If this email is from the administrators then this site is a scam for sure. If they don't have even $100 how can the members expect payouts from them?

oh.. if you ask me, that's a scam. why would they ask you to pay 5 dollars to get your money. that's not good. well guess that's how it is here. there is really know way of knowing what sites are scams unless we try it out..never lose hope and just keep on tring other sites..there are really legitimate sites that pay so good luck.

vidhdyavini no dont do that as I am sure this is bogus, a scam as these people should be paying their own way. not depending on users.I have never seen this before and I do think its 'a nasty scam and probably you send the money and nothing happens at all except you are now out of a five dollar bill. when a site like that asks you for money assume its bogus and delete same before you lose your money.

Ha....haaa nice trick. That site must be really stupid. Do not invest in such sites which cannot sustain itself. The site owner should be ashamed to give such a notice. No body will pay and will tell him that he should be reported for such a scam site. Be aware of such sites. I am really sorry that you requested payout and and dinot get paid. But its bad luck dear. I myself have suffred many times due to such stupid sites.

thats just plain frustrating and annoying. So many home business are scams, and so many are not... it's just hard to tell. And half the people who claim they are helping you aren't... so you can't trust the rest!

I don't belong to this one. But, I saw someone else had that same message. It sounds like they either got their site hacked or they are a scam. I'd stay clear of this one. Just my opinion.

I think it has turned to a scam. Why would he ask for $5 each? Its his responsibility to look for money if ever there's something wrong with the site. He should not be asking that amount to be sent. That sounds ridiculous, and its a waste of time to join that site.Happy mylotting!

Sounds to me like BurnBux burned the bucks, personally. Maybe they're really a pyramid scheme where they use the money people are foolish enough to send in to pay the ones who have already earned. Don't send them a penny and tell all your referrals to "get out!!!"

I have not joined burnbux bit I have joined clix sense, neobux and crew bux sites. i have not reached to their minimum payouts. What i could interpret from the discussions on my lot is that most of them are spams.
