what motivates you most: when criticized or appreciated?

i can do what people would expect me to do when i am appreciated but i can do more than they expect, when i am criticized...just always take it as a challenge...:)

I'm motivated most by constructive criticism. It drives me to do better and show what I am truely capable of. Being appreciated is nice, but just not a big motivation factor for me.

well,i'm motivated most by critisms,I learn from my mistakes.I would rather some one tells me the truth.
