Veteran mylotters, can you please enlighten me about us newbies here how to have a star? I keep on wondering how come I see stars in different colors with different numbers to other mylot members? Just want to have one also.., looks nice atop my name LOL...

Hi there and welcome to mylot!
You will only get your star if you reach your 200th post. For now you are at 21th post.
The star is your mylot reputation. It is how other users rate your discussion, +, - or !. The star rating is from 1 - 10, being 1 as the lowest. The colors doesn't have anything to do with the rating.

i got my star right after i've reached my 100th post and it was a star with a "9" on it. i have been here on myLot for over a month already and my reputation hasn't increased since i've started. not that i'm not happy with it, i'm more happy because it hadn't decrease, that meant i don't have negative reputation. thanks to all my myLot friends.
