7 yrs old & below, forbidden to back/front ride in motorcycle / myLot

I saw in the news that there's this proposal to be a law regarding riding of motorcycles. Seven years old and below are forbidden to back/front ride in the motorcycle. Because they have weaker grip and not yet aware of the danger and there surroundings. What do you think?

Hi! I think this proposal is fine with me because children often fall asleep when riding on a motorcycle. This proposal can prevent motorcycle accidents which include children who are very vulnerable to critical injuries when riding in a motorcycle.
