I am 21 years old now.but most of the time people always regard me as 17 or 18 years old.it makes me feel a little upset.it is apparent almost all of the employers prefer to the more mature one.maybe they seem like more reliable.1 year later I will graduate from school.how can I make myself look like mature as well as unique?do you have any good ideas?give me some advise!

You know what, when you reached the age of 25 or 26, you would aim to look like 19, and when you reached 30 plus, you want as much as possible to look like on twenties and when you are forty, you would do everything to look like thirty, but I understand your point as I am also like that when I was in my early twenties, I want people to see me as a very mature person beyond my age, but the truth is as harder as I try the more dumb things I commit, making me look like a teen ager still. But well as an advice, maybe you should dress more mature, act like one (don't talk too much) and don't smile, always project a serious face. Just be cautious in being mature, you may forget to have some fun! Enjoy!

I think you should change your thinking ways. In many situation you should thinking like a adult and then someone should feel your mature by your action. Also, change your clothes style, hair style and use some other cosmetics should make your looks mature.

What do you want to put out there? If you want to seem mature to others then you have to act like it. Maturity comes from having control and being responsible. Not reacting so much as acting with calm self respect. Taking care of your responsibilities. If you are doing well in school and taking care of your situation it sounds like you are well on your way. As far as looking mature and being alittle unique as well, I think you have to learn what makes you happy. What colors and styles do you like? Then go down the list. Okay, I like this color- is it appropriate for me and my lifestyle? Same with style. And do not copy. Just because you see some gal wearing something doesn't mean it would work for you. Learn what works for you and go with it! To heck with the up to the minute and go for what you are comfortable with and what makes you happy.
