Do you buy your rice per sack or per kilo?

Here in the philippines rice have now been priced a little higher so other people buy their rice a little at a time which is per kilo but if you calculate it if you would buy a sack of rice it would be much cheaper.But maybe because of poverty people now cant resort to a more practical way because they dont have the money to buy a whole sack which is pretty sad.But the main point is do you buy your rice per sack or per kilo?Please have your say on this issue and have a nice day.
