How many types of rice dishes do you know?

I have tasted a lot of rice dishes because it is the staple food in our country,I know a lot of you know about fried rice and garlic rice,but do you know about "bibingka" which is sreamed rice sweets that has caramel on top?another is "tamales" which is also steamed rice which is spicy and fells and looks like jello,another one is "puto" which is like a sponge cake,it is made from finley grinded rice it is sweet and I really love to eat it.So how about you?what are the rice dihes that you know?have a nice day.

I live in Chennai, India. Rice is the main food of our city. I can make the following dishes using rice. Coconut rice, Tamarind rice, Tomato rice, Lemon rice, Sambar rice, Mint rice, Coriander rice, Curry leaves rice, Rasam rice, Curd rice and Vegetable rice.

I am American but i love so many different kinds of rice. I ofcourse love white rice just cooked a lot yesterday so i could have a nice stock up. I love veggie fried rice. I eat many kinds of spanish rice and haitian rice as long as it does not have any meat in it. I always ask before trying it. I dont want to bite on any pork fat or anything that might have fish or seafood in it.
