I need help with printer

I have a laptop been working with. its all new to me. its windows Vaio. just learning that also. i need a printer. is it possible to hook a printer to it? and can you recomend the best type/model to get for the least amount that will go with it?

hello
if you use windows Vista, be sure that the printer you want to purchase have a the correct driver for vista, for the Printer printer, it's really depend about which one you need, black and white only, colours one! fast one!? Hp have a bunch of products and im sure you will find which is suitable, i have a 1020 series from HP Black/white and it's work just fine.

but dude all the new products comin out in market are vista compatible right.? and also at the same time xp compatible.

Hi bunnybon7,
I am new to computers so I don't know much about it but we have a computer upstaires and also have a printer and I use the LapTop which is downstairs but I have no idea how to use the printer but my husband does. I am sure you can attach your LapTop to the printer.

yes you can attach your laptop to a printer, there might b two options or either one.
i have one which i connec through the usb port. else u have a separate printer port on the back side of the Laptop

I am not a very techie person, so can't help you much there. :) But surely every laptop comes with the facility to allow it to be attached to a printer? I hope you have fun with your laptop. :)

yes, im just getting used to it. i bought it last year 
and dreaded using it. now it loads so much faster and better than my old tower one. and i found out i could hook a mouse to it, since im not very good at using the little built in thingy in front. 
but its still small print hard to see at times even when i use the zoom level.

yes definetly u can attach ur printer to ur laptop
it works gr8 with vista
u can go for hp printers.

well hello there.
if your computer works on windows vista you can have a printer on it. Depends upon which type of work you are going to do on the printer{Black and white/color printouts} and also the paper size which varies from a4 to a0 but i think you meant mostly a4 size of paper right?
there are a variety of printer companies out there depending upon the quality, the price of the printer is decided.
but even if you decide, i would suggest either HP D2460 or else a
LEXMARK Z645 COLOUR PRINTER
