Yoga during pregnancy?

I just found out that i am 9 - 10 weeks pregnant and i would like to know whether any of you out there still continue doing yoga during your pregnancy? If you still does, please tell me which one is your favourite ones and how long do you take for one routine. LAst year, i used to attend yoga classes at the gym near my office. The instructor was very much pregnant. She was about 30 - 35 weeks and still doing it. But she had to stop towards the end of her pregnancy since advised by the doctors.

hello there! when I was pregnant with my first born child I still do yoga until before I gave birth to him.. I think I still have it in my mail. do you want me to PM it to you? or mail it to you? it has instruction and some pictures for easy understanding.

when u reach 6th month of Pregnancy u should stop excerice beocz ur womb starts to enlarge step by step Excerice is strictly not recomended from 6th month of Pregnancy From six month of pregnancy ur excercise program will change to Static - Breathing Excercises - Contracting of pelvic floor muscles - Meditation Excercise which does not have movement to be suggested from 6th month of pregnancy

I did when I was pregnant it helps you to get ready for the birth. I like doing yoga when I was pregnant I heard it helps you lose wieght, but I like yoga all together and thats the first thing I looked up when I find out I was pregnant.
