when sister goes to see a girl for her brother then what should a sister see in a girl? on what basis she should say to her brother that yes this girl is perfect for you.

You should not. Let him choose and find for himself. You just have to give your opinion about her. To give him your advice, see how the girl treat your brother. Does she respect him? But the most important thing is that his hapiness. Sometimes, you don't like the girl just because you don't like her style or personality; but If she is kind to your brother and treat him right, there should be a problem.
