how do you spend your sunday?

Hi there neothegod! Sunday has become my only rest day. At least for this semester for this school year. School admin scheduled classes from Monday to Saturday. That means I work 6 days a week. Thus, Sunday is very important for me. This is the only day I can rest. However, more often than not, I cannot even rest during this day as I need to prepare my lessons for the coming week. But of course, I know that I need some good time too. I often spend the day with my boyfriend. We go to the church and sometimes, would go to the mall too.

sunday for me is a rest day, where i can wake up very late, where i can do many things at home like cleaning , doing laundry, playing games on computer, watching movie marathon, attending to mass in the church, window shopping in the mall and etc. I treat it as a day for having fun and having quality time for my family ,friends and for myself too.

Now that I am retired, Sunday is much the same as any other day of the week. In other words, working hard! There is always so much to do but my only concession to Sunday is that I relax for a couple of hours over lunch. When I was working full time I had my own business for 20+ years so working hard was normal and I can't stop. haha

Sunday or the sabbath day is just that holy. On my Sundays I go to church listen to the word and the solution to everydays minor stresses. Sundays give me the inspiration that I need to make it through my week. Without my Sundays my life would have no structure and no answers. Sundays are actually the height of the whole week for me. In my Sundays and going to church and hearing the word I gain the knowledge I need to surpass any temptations that the rest of the week will bring to me

I pretty much do what I was on Saturday. I go on Mylot and I think about what I have to do on Monday. Also, I clean myself up and prepare for the next week. Tomorrow I am going to go out and get some fresh air, maybe I will walk around town for a bit because I have been in the house for a while. I think I need some quality alone time to just think about what I have coming for me.

Sunday... this is the day when I long for rest for a looooooooooooong time. I usually like spending time with my family members, going out , discussing and sharing humour with them. Shopping also excites me a lot, this is the time when I shop well especially the first sunday after I get my salary is my day. I do lot of shopping on that day. I spend time arranging my shelves, getting vegetables, helping my mom and donot miss any kind of fun and enjoyment this day.

Hi neothegod I like sunday in all the days most because since my childhood i used to stay away from home because of my study purpose when sunday comes i goes to home spend with my family members happyly.

Hi neothegod, Sunday is the loveliest day in a week. First of all I don’t have to wake up early in the morning and could prepare the breakfast in a relaxing way. My family and I occasionally will go for a picnic by the side of the stream in the wood not too far away from our house during dry season. We usually will have our lunch outside. After that we would spend our time doing some shopping in the mall. We would then enjoy doing our favorite hobbies respectively when back to home again. Most of the time I like surfing net and listening to the music at the same time, or watching tv movies. We normally would have our simple and yummy homemade dishes as our dinner at home. It’s fun to prepare the food together with our loved ones in the kitchen. posting and have a wonderful Sunday.

My Sunday's are usually the same all the time. I play around on the internet, play some of my online games. I always do laundry on Sunday's too. I just got done finishing my last load. I usually take it easy and spend time with my husband. In the evenings we watch a little television and just relax and enjoy each others company.

On a Sunday I get up late, watch my favourite soap and then it is a case of doing the washing as there is usually a lot of it. Then I have to get the kids uniforms ready for the school week and do the last round of homeworks that we have to do and then it is time to cook the dinner! I do not actually like Sundays so the busier I can be the better really.

Wake up late ...about 12 or so...then I turn on some tv..watch a little bit of that...open the blinds to get some light in the house...talk on the phone for a bit...go outside to get some FRSH air...then I begin to clean up...sundays are kind of boring for me...I have classes the next day..so its pretty much a day for me to get my mind right..

I would say that I need to spend more of my Sundays giving thanks to God but lately I've been just preparing for the week. I sit back and watch television mostly Lifetime. I usually cook dinner for the week or at least for the first few days. I then prepare for my week by looking at my syllabus an seeing whats on the agenda for that week. I stay watching television and snacking all day long until about 9o'clock and then I finally retire to the bed for the beginning of the week. I would have to say I spend my Sundays RELAXING!!

I usually sleep late on Sundays because the weekend is the time to catch up on my sleep. During the week I have to get up early to go to school. I usually browse online and relax on Sundays unless I have reading to do for school (which I usually do).

on my sndays i relax and go out with my family to get some quality time because we dont have time during the week for that kind of thing. on that day i learn more about my family thier intrests an what they did for that one week. i find out what my parents and sister favoirte food are. i also will learn from thier mistake as i am the youngest. i would say sunday is my best day.

Sometimes I get some rest on Sundays. I am up at 6:00 usually every day during the week and on Saturday. I work all week and on Saturdays I am doing marathon training. So it keeps me busy. I like Sundays though. I think we're doing yardwork today because it needs to get done.

Normally my s/o fixes us brunch on Sunday, but he's working this weekend, which is rare. So it's just me and the dog today. lol We normally just relax around the house on Sunday, sometimes we go to the farmer's market. We spend time watching movies, he likes playing his games on his computer and just mainly relaxing. Today, I'll be working on some scrapbook albums I'm doing for Christmas presents. If I don't get started now they will never be ready for Christmas. lol

Sunday to be at home what more we can get. It is tension free day. No Office, no work, but on Sunday at home every thing, work,help to partner, easy day in easy mood and if mood go out for a break have snacks shopping, thrilling doing my lot more and so on.

I also like Sundays. This is the only day in the week that I can really relax. I spend my Sundays just staying at home, relaxing, watching movies or the like. Today is Sunday and I'm at home and on mylot(as you can see) while watching T.V.

i am a student now ,so i like sunday very much, because i do not need to read books or do some homeworks in this day, i can do something which i like ,such as playing basketball, shopping and so on. in sunday ,i often get up very late, and then go shopping to some large supermakets .but i cannot spent this days with my family, because it is so far between my home and my shool.hoping you have a good time inall sundays.thanks.
