Mainly I read the King James Version but sometimes I take a sneek peek at the International version, maybe because I can understand it better, it suppose to have the same meaning as the King James Version.

Hi miraclefreebies, I grew up with the King James version of the Bible, and I love it more than any other translation. Having said that I'm sure that others find the new translations much easier to understand. Blessings.

i have a king james version bible with me... and sometimes i refer to the new international version because as you have said, it is very much easier to understand. but they say that the king james version is the closest to the original version.

I use the King James version. My religion believes it to be the most true of the bibles since it has been translated so many times.

I use the King James Version most of the time. But I also have one with both the KJV and the Amplified version. The Amplified Bible helps you get a little more into the meaning of some scriptures.

For my own personal readings I like to use the King James Version. However I have heard that a lot of bible study groups like to use the New International Version because a lot of the younger generation take to it better.
