Having trouble making a photo my default any suggestions??

Like I said Im trying to put a photo f me on my profile, the default. any one help me out here?

go to PREFERENCES you can see on the top of this window then CUSTOMIZE PROFILE. that's it you can now change your avatar hehehe..
