I had the same problem. The sickness in your stomach is PROBABLY (not definitely) related to your sleeping problems. Good sleep is essential for physical and mental health. I would recommend speaking to your doctor about a short term supply (no more than a month) of sleeping medication to retrain your body to sleep. If you don't want a prescription medication or your doctor won't go for it, you can try Unisom, or any other over-the-counter medication for sleeping. I took them to get my body retrained to sleep, and I'm glad to say I don't need them anymore.
If you don't want to do medication, try relaxion techniques before bed - Tai Chi, breathing exercises, aromatherapy...anything that promotes a relaxed state of mind or makes you sleepy. If you're a caffeine drinker, cut back on your caffeine in the afternoon. I hope this helps!

Yeah, im not sure what it is, usually when i feel bad i feel like my stomach feels weird too, maybe its stress or depression, i dont know.
Yeah maybe i can talk to them about that, are sleeping pills safe?
i usually take a shower before going to bed, because i try to relax, but i dont know why the last few days im just getting unhappy or something and i cant fall asleep till im really really tired. maybe i feel bad about myself. i feel lost, and unhappy about myself.

In most cases, sleeping pills are completely safe. My mother takes Lunesta regularly and has done so for over a year. She's just fine. I took Ambien (some weird side effects with that one - I did things in my sleep that I don't remember doing!), and other than that weird side effect, no health problems arose.
I took Unisom regularly for months and was able to stop easily.
If you get it from your doctor, he/she will only give you a small amount anyway, so the risk of abuse is lower. As long you are aware of what you're taking and you don't abuse it, they are usually totally safe.
I hope you get to feeling better.

Don't let life get you down. Things get tough from time to time and yes we all lose sleep over different things. When I worry I can't sleep and my husbands answer to me is don't worry what ever it is will be there tomorrow. As far as letting people frustrate me ya from time to time but I won't lwt them cause me to lose sleep over them or anything ignorant they have said or done that day.

Hi! The loss of sleep, frustration, and the weird feeling in your stomach could point out to one thing: STRESS. I think you're way too stressed lately, and very anxious as well. I suggest that you take it easy and always remember that you're not the only one feeling the stress of everyday living. Perhaps you should take on a hobby, or read a good book before you go to sleep, or converse with a positive person. I suggest you avoid watching the news or avoid negative people. These will just wear you down even more.

I cant sleep either. It is a frustrating situation. I have to take tylenol and herbs to be able to sleep, which is probably not the best thing to do, but I dont know that I have an alternative at this point. I know I'm alittle depressed but I think more it is being keyed up when I go to bed that is the problem.

depression is overloading the mind with multiple thoughts or pressures, that the mind or brain cannot able to withstand..so we burst out in depression and tension.
