Can Isabelmacro become a scam?

I recently received a email from Isabelmacro explaining different ways to help the site to run. Then i saw the announcement in the site that they pay first to members who invest the site for referrals or premium. Again another notification saying we need to install their tool bar and click frequently to get paid. They say this is to make sure that we are real or fake. Actually this is a way to make money for them. I have not installed the tool bar anyway. So guys, what do you think about this? I personally feel that they have shortage of funds to pay members. In the forum i saw the notification that they may cancel all payments to Alertpay due to problem with Alertpay. But other sites are making payments through alertpay.
