PTC sites, Scams???

Because of the many PTC members who ended up not getting their money at all. It really made me think about these PTC sites if they are really made to last. Because most of the complaints I've heard is that may PTC sites suddenly closed down and as a results many payouts have been frozen or rather gone. Right now I'm involved in some PTC sites and so far I haven't reached minimum payouts on any of my PTC memberships. And to be honest with you right now I'm not so confident about these sites I feel like any moment some of them we be gone. What do you think guys?
