I cannot swim. Can you swim? How old were you when you learned to swim?

I never learned to swim. I remember being at the public pool as a child with my older cousin but I never learned to swim. I think that I am too old to learn. I would like for my grandaughter who will turn 3 in Oct. to take swimming lessons. How old were you when you learned to swim? How did you learn? Lessons? Parent or Relative?

I haven't learned swiming. but i would like to learn it. i am 24 Years older. Many people said it's not difficult to learn it . i haven't try it . i think if people want learn everything ,no need take care about age.

You may have a point about that age thing. I guess you don't really get too old if it is something you want to do. I just wish I have learned as a child. I want my 3 year old grandaughter to learn to swim. I don't know if I should wait until she can make that decision herself or go ahead and let her go now.

a big no as answer to all your questions,I do not know swimming ,i am 23 now ,and still wish to swim someday , i do not know when ,but i ll try to learn swimming someday.

I don't plan on learning to swim. I think that I am just too old. I would like to see the grandaughter swim, but is it wrong to make her swim if she doesn't want to. Should I wait and see what she wants to do?
