How often do you clean your fridge?

Today is sunday so I voluntarily clean the fridge. It seems to me that this fridge is 5 years uncleaned. I just cant stand the foul smell and thick ice from the freezer when I was cleaning I also found several things that doesnt belong there such as hairpins coins and my silver bracelet. I guess I put it at the top of the fridge and fell into one of the refs drawers. I was looking for that bracelet for a month well atleast now I found it
. Now the fridge is clean like a shining brand new fridge at some appliance center. Now im tired but cleaning the fridge is like an achievement it pleases me to see it clean like an overhauled car engine

haha! If your fridge could talk it would say "thank you"... Kidding aside, the fridge should be kept clean since that's where we store food. We usually clean the fridge every two weeks. We would defrost it and remove any food that have not been eaten or that needs to be thrown out. We also make sure that it's clean especially on the inside so that there won't be any bad smell coming from the freezer area.
