How to get a star that appears with a no. on it with some people's names?

Hi Abdul having star doesn't mean they are great. Every individual will get some star after crossing 100 posts, i say again 100 posts no initiating of discussions comes in the way. You will get the star but the color and the rank of the star depends on the frequency and the quality of content that you are making in the discussions.Don't think about the star and work like you do usually and if you do it correctly say 25 posts and 10 discussions initiating you will get an yellow star but again the quality and the quantity do matter a lot.Cheers MOIN.

These stars signifies our reputation here in mylot, it means how well you participated and how other mylotters view or rate you on your discussions. As pointed out by the former mylotter, you will get a star yourself when you reached 100 responses to someone's post. The lowest is 1 and the highest is blue and a 10 on it.
