minors as soldiers in war

What can you say about some groups are using minors, which is below 18, as their soldier???
The Army has reported that some groups or rebels are training children to hold and use weapons (guns and ammunition) so they can have lots of soldiers for combat. Do these groups are cold-hearted to use the young as combatant??

thats an awful fact. it's very true. children learn violence from adults. adults should be the good example the youth _

I think it is very sad, kids should be allowed to be kids, and the young should not be taught to hate, I don't think they would even know why they are fighting, in fact i don't think the heads of all these countries even know they just hate, too bad some one can't step up and convince the people not to hate and not to kill...
