Out of body, or brush with death experiences.......

I've recently been reading a book about out-of-body, and brush-with-death/deathbed experiences that different people have had for various reasons - sickness, drugs, fright, accidents, etc. Now, I've never had anything like this, nor do I know anyone who's had one to my knowledge but I'd be really interested in hearing the stories of those out there who have. Have you had one? Or do you know of someone who had one? What happened? Did it change your life? What are your thoughts on life in light of what happened?

ok so
im not sure if this is outer body experience or what but heres my story
eveyr now and then i lay down
and i just go into sum sorta daze and i see myself fall asleep and i stop breathing
im pretty much dying in my sleep and like eveyrone around me is crying
and really depressed and im seeing it
and i dont remember fallign asleep afetr wards
but i wake up
sumtimes it bothers em so bad im terrified to sleep
cuz i think i am not gunan wake up
this has caused anxiety stress weight gain and i dont knwo that to do
