What i understand is rapidshare is a sites that allow you to upload big files to internet and allow user to download your files. Not like torrent, it is something like direct downloads. Suitable for uploading and downloading big size files. It has 2 type of account. Free and paid users. Free users can download one file at a time and the transfer rate is very low. It also do not allow free user to download same file in two months time. In simples, you cannot downld the same file in two months.
