Earning from you bold......Any tips?

I have made a blog and it really hard to get traffic to it. I have advertised in some forums but it seems like a waste of time. Thank god I found PTC sites and can at least earn my pocket money through that. Any idea how I can get more referrals for PTC sites. I have tried asking people to exchange referrals but that has not helped much as only a few want to do that. Can someone earning from their blogs help me out. If there is any other way of earning online WITHOUT investing please inform me.
