Do you surf traffic exchanges?

If so, which one is your favorite?
How many do you surf regularly each month? How often do you surf? Do you track the effectiveness of your promotions through the traffic exchanges?
I surf a few but I like Lords-of-Traffic best. They are a fairly new hover traffic exchange, which means no clicking. This program offers many click rewards and always has tons of people surfing. well i surf but i dont think it is very effective in promoting your link or site in my experience but i dont know from the others...

I do surf at a lot of traffic exchanges to promote my business, each of them are unique in their own right and I do fairly well in all of them. Though I do spend most of my time in StartXchange. StartXchange was one of the first traffic exchanges I started out on, so I kind of feel more devoted to that one, plus I'm part of a team on there, so feel even more devoted to it.
I have surfed at lords-of-traffic, but can't seem to get into it and stick with it, though I do surf enough to keep my account active on there.
