Buy direct referrals?

b-u-x.net, before it mysteriously died, had a system where you could be paid to complete offers. The advertiser could set conditions, such as "make 50 clicks" if it's a PTC, and if you meet those conditions they'll send the money to your b-u-x account. It would normally range anywhere from 1c to $1. I was quite looking forward to investing into that when my alertpay finally decided to play nice, but it disappeared just before my alertpay money came through. (Quite lucky too). Are there any other sites with a similar system where I could "buy" direct referrals, preferably for 50c or less each? With of course conditions that have to be met before I pay them so I at least break even from them. Cheers for any advice you can give. PS: I looked at getref but it looks far too confusing to be all that successful for me.
