which is better indoor/outdoor games?

which is better indoor/outdoor games? and also tell about your favorite indoor/outdoor games? i love both but i think outdoor games are more important.. i like chess and football n cricket..and u??????

I think both indoor and outdoor games are good for health. I prefer indoor games more than outdoor games. I am indoor person. I like to play chess. Playing chess sharpen my mind. I usually will play chess with my family members during family gathering. Playing chess is one of my hobbies.
