First of all you need to realize who you really are. You are a child of God. And God don't make no junk. Then you need to love yourself. This is not being selfish or prideful. But you can't love anyone else, if you don't first love yourself. Then you need to invest in yourself. Get "The Secret" and either watch it or read it. Then get some books and tapes by personal development professionals like Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy, etc. I know how you feel because I've been there.
