Do you ever have those days where you have endless energy?

Today is one of those days. I made myself quit at eight o'clock or I would probably keep going until midnight. I have accomplished so much today I can't believe it. I guess it makes up for the days I have no motivation! LOL....do you have days where your energy level is higher and you get a ton of things accomplished?

Yes I have had those day's. Today however was not. But my roommate how ever did. He made pork roast and porkchops. Made bars and not one cake but two. Then made fried chicken. I just laughed as we will eat it as we work second shift. So there will be food to take to work. And or come home to if my son and his don't eat it. lol. So I will take to work so I don't hear sorry I didn't know it was your's. Plus he did dishes twice. He said he is bored. I hope he stay's bored. lol.Well, talk to you later. Onlydia

Hey onlydia! Can you roommate come over to my place? I need someone with all that energy to cook something good like that for me and my family. I would love to take the night off!
I have no energy lately. That sounds so wonderful. You are a very lucky girl that you got to take the day off from cooking AND the dishes! Lucky indeed!
I wonder what got into him. There are some times when I get those little bursts of energy, but unfortunately I usually get them late at night and I have to get up early in the morning to take care of the kids, get them to school, watch the three year old, etc. It is a never-ending job!
Oh well, I am off to bed so have a great night/morning and happy myLotting!!!

Wow! I'll say your roommate was full of energy. I hope he is going to help you cook Thanksgiving dinner too. It sounds like it would be job that is not too big for him considering all he did today!

hey jill i do but then i do myself in for the rest of the week lol i just don't have the energy i used to have i remember being young starting on the town on a thursday and coming home to get changed to go to work and going straight out again afterwards and lasting till sunday. Now one night does me in and i'm only 27 going on 80 of course. I like those days though they make you feel fab and console you for the rubbish days where you run yourself ragged and seem to have just sh*t shiffted and not actually achieved anything.

Did you get any crafts done today?
I do have those days when I am full of energy but not very often. It's usually after I drank too much caffeine..lol I accomplished very little today. Our youngest daughter had been in town since Thurs. night and I about ran myself ragged. We gave our middle daughter a baby shower yesterday so there was loads to be done in advance. Today I crashed and have been very lazy.

I didn't....but next weekend I am having my daughter-in-law for the weekend and maybe a sister or two so I cleaned the craft room and even recovered the seats of the two chairs I use in there. This morning my fingers are stiff from pulling the staples out...got the spare room cleaned and all I have to do now is mop the kitchen floor....I have to finish my new book in the next week too and don't quite know when I'll be working on that as I have to babysit tonight so my son can write a term paper! LOL....well I will get it done come h*ll or high water! How did the shower turn out? Bet that was fun!

unfortunately i have to saythat i don't have those days. a good day for me is ot falling asleep on they way home. i have sleep apna and unfortuntely for me they have not fixed it. i never have energy.i fall asleep wherever because i'm so tired. and i never have energy for anything because i'm so tired. i sleep and sleep and sleep and when i wake up it's like i hven't slept at all.

Once, after studying some difficult math work immediately before going to bed, I woke the next day feeling extra-energetic..much like you have described. I wonder if it had anything to do with stimulating my mind before going to sleep for the night.
I haven't tried this since, but perhaps I should. Anyone else done something similar?

I wish I had days like this it seems like its been forever since I had one of them. But only a few more weeks hopefully and I can get my normal body back well close to my normal body lol and mabey some of my energy will come back too.

Sometimes I have those types of days when I just wanna go out and do everything that I need to and then I feel great when I look back on how much I've accomplished. Unfornately I haven't had one of those days in a while lol.

I experienced that last 2 weeks ago when I was inactive for 4 days for some reasons and when I came back, I cannot motivate myself to focus working, I will be watching videos and talk shows online..I am online but I am doing different stuff!
I know if it didn't happen, I already accumulated a certain amount! But, I do know maybe it's just normal and I am glad now to have the energy back! LOL![/i]

Congrats on all that energy you had yesterday. Hope you saved a little for today. Yes, I've had some days like that, but usually by the end of it, I'm zonked. And I have enough of the days when I have low motivation, but I'm getting more comfortable with those as I grow older LOL!

Okay jillhill, whatever it is that you took please send me some because I need some energy. I don't have any and I don't remember the last time I had so much energy. You know what gets me going nowadays?, when I plan a weekend getaway and that is because I am getting away from where I live for a little while.

Endless Energy? Is there such a thing? lol. No i have never had a day like that. I would give anything to have one though. Even if I have a big project to do around the house that has to be done all at one time, i still dont have all that energy, it may get done, but im draggin butt the whole time. I am not a lazy person, but getting the mojo going to do things is a prob for me. One day where i had loads of energy and can get more than a cpl things done in a day without dreading it, would be awesome...care to share? lol

yeah.. i can still recall the days when i used to go to school and that's travelling from south to north, everyday... argh! then there were times that we would go to different malls(1-3 shopping malls) to check the latest gadgets in town...

I do Jill,i have days when I can walk to the bookmakers twice instead of once,and to change the channels over on the television is no trouble at all,and when my energy levels are at their best I will go and make the missus a cup of tea.I have a bit of garden,not too much you see,but the borders need tidying regularly and I like to keep them up together.I am not the worlds best gardener but I make an effort,at the moment im wall papering the bathroom,and the pattern is fiddly ,so its taking time to put up,im hoping to have it finished within the week though.

my hubby is quite scarred when my energy levels rise.i do other pending work and make others work too .you know.the people around me some task which requires there attention(outside the house ,ofcourse)and they make a dissappearing act for whole day.lol

I had a hell of a day.
let's start off saying that my son-in-law is fired as my brake repair man.
I had no energy at all today from this cold I have been battling.
Most days I am full of energy though and also have to make myself stop.

Those are days on my past. I have so many things to do during the day. I get tried most all the time. How come I have endless energy any longer? It is a pity, really! I miss these gold days though

Today is one of those high energy days for me too jill. Right now, I just came from work and I am supposed to be tires but I'm not. Here I am mylotting. I am so happy because I was able to meet all the dealines at work. I have beaten the deadline so to speak". I am multi-tasking right now. I'm in helium, triond, mylot and surfing simultaneously. It is fun and the night is still young. Btw, helium and triond would be a perfect place for you too. All the best and happy mylotting.

I use to have those endless energy when i was little goin to sleep overs
I woke the whole night o\playing games on the computer and on the Tv
I also had the endless energy when i woke up whole night studying

yeah ive encountered that already, that i myself would not rest and neverrun out on what to write, but sometimes im burned out, especially when i have tons of work at the office.
