Brain tumors and cell phone usage

Studies have shown that brain tumors are directly related to cell phone usage because of the "rays" emitted from cell phones, but what I want to know is are bluetooth headsets really any better? They must emit certain "rays" as well but are they of a different nature that is less harmful? Are bluetooth headsets worth your money???
