Hey i'm curious about a few things. Is html the best to learn for webdesign or is there something more dominant now? I also was wondering if anyone knew where i could learn some basic html, if there are any particular sites that are easy to learn html from. Thanks

You can try http://www.w3schools.com which has tutorials on HTML and many other languages. I'd also recommend the latest version of HTML for Dummies.

ok i'll look into that, i just figured there was more than enough information on learning html online that i would have been wasting my money if i purchased a book.

Oh, there's definitely a lot of stuff available online, and I do use it. I'm just old-fashioned, I like having a book to refer to.

Basicallt w3schools is the best place to learn html in the beginning. But as you get on to w3schools, then try some professional e-bboks available on the net for free. They will give you the professional uses of html over the internet. But for now start with w3schools, its best for beginners.

Hi, I personally like to reference www.html-tips.net when I forget how to do certain coding referring to HTML/CSS. Hope this site helps you like it did for me.
