What will you do if something happened and it was unexpected, and you wasn't expecting it? Right now im still can't believe it but i have to accept it and be responsible for my action. Its my fault and this is my punishment maybe its not really for me.

Dont bottle things. Talk about to some one about whatever you'r feeling. Its just an illness and its not that your weak or hopeless, this kinda depression is just an illness and a condition!and also remember and keep in mind that its just very common and it would surely get better with time! Its better to speak to your health adviser or health expert whom so ever you may like! They will be able to sort out things more better as they know your health conditions and your health behaviour, yes coz its just illness not related to your mind! Dont worry that you will sometime loose your baby! most of them think that if they would talk about their illness to their other's or famili members, they'll take away the baby from you, nothing would happen like this so dont worry! What rather will happen is you'll get help that you need to get rid of this illness PND! (post natal Depression). Having a baby is surely stressful and tiring for any mother, you'll not be able to manage things which you and how you used to do before the baby's birth. Reduction in your commitments and accptance of help from others would do better! Sleep when you can get a chance, obviously with the baby there's hardly any sleep! but then too take an opportunity tat you can just rest for a while! Eat normally and a balanced diet, dont cut off means or skip them! you'll need energy to cope from this. Involving your partner into this is the best idea! He would surely consider your illness and difficulty, encouraging him to speak to your health advisor so they can understand your illness! Try getting your time with your partner if you can sometime! talk to moms with newly born babies, you'll definately find that they also feel many of the things you'r goig through! so you wont feel that you'r alone or uniquely suffering from it, and its not Your fault to have the PND. You should not harm your baby in depressin always remember that sometimes in some cases of PND mothers harm their babies!
