Should i continue to make posts with no traffic?
Where and how should i advertise my blog?
Are there any good sites for information about starting my own blog, and increasing traffic to become a succesful blog?
I have the ability and information that many want and would love to be able to get. My blog would provide this information however i have noticed getting the word out online for a website is often a long and difficult process.

You need to keep writing quality content even if you aren't having many visitors to your blog. To get more traffic to your site, you should leave comments on other blogs that are in a similar niche to yours. One website that I found helpful on starting a blog/getting traffic/general guidance on blogs is http://galadarling.com/article/how-to-start-a-blog I love her blogs, in fact, she is the reason that I started a blog that was not meant for business purposes.
