Anyone knows how to make chocolate coated strawberries? I would like to try to make one myself but I don't know how to go about making the chocolate syrup. Help?

You buy the chocolate wafer candy melts (used with those chocolate molds) and you just melt those, dip the strawberries in them, and then lay them out to harden.

One of the fastest ways is to buy chocolate chips, whether milk or dark or bittersweet, then melt them slowly so they won't burn. Let them cool a bit so the strawberries (or many other fruits) won't be singed, and slowly roll them in the chocolate. Carefully place them on a sheet pan covered with parchment or wax paper, and chill them in the fridge. They're great!
Try mangoes this way, too, or bananas, grapes, or almost any other fruit!

Hmmm... You can buy a block of chocolate and melt it slowly in a pan. Then dip the strawberries once the chocolate has melted. Just make sure to let it cool a little so that the strawberries don't get err... cooked. haha.
