switching to tea from coffee...

i used to have bedcoffee since my childhood..for the past 6 months i am taking only tea..i have quited coffee..so after switching from coffee to tea i really feel better than before...tea helps us to reduce weight to some extent...i used to have giddiness rarely, when i was having coffee.but now i dont get that symptoms...thanks to tea....tea does have even more medicinal values...

Well i like lemon tea very much and black tea is very good anitoxidant for health

I never drank coffee as it is a stimulant and I avoid those altogether. I don't drink tea either (or cola beverages) for the same reason, except for herbal teas which are free of caffeine, which is addictive. I do drink Roibus (Red Tea) which is not actually a tea plant but is extremely nutritious, even more so than white and green teas.

I drink black tea (no milk) and I can taste the flavour of tea much better.
But, when I look at the residue left in the cup it makes me think that my insides must look like that!! All stained brown!

if you drink coffee without sugar and milk it will reduce weight too just like tea.aynway,i drink both but not drinking coffee during the night.i have fruit tea before bed.
