Was death sentence to saddam hussain justified?

The death sentence to saddam is right to some extent because he was a dictator and was involved in mass murders. but america did all these for oil. wat do you say?

1.Hiroshima 2.Nagasaki 3.Vietnam 4. Afghanistan 5. Iraq The trial yet to be started against the American presidents (former and present) for killing the innocent civilians. I say this because many justify the trial against Saddam and so the same law should apply to those dumb US fellows
