How long do you spend in front of your computer a day?

I spend about 12-14 hours in front of the computer. In the office it typically takes around 8-9 hours in front of the computer, the rest is on the house.

on the average i am in front of the pc for 8 hours on weekdays and about 12 hours on weekends. :) that is about 8 hours because i have work and my work requires me to be facing a computer at least 8 hours everyday.

i spend about 5-6 hours before computer, i wear glasses possibly due to that.

I usually spend around 9 hours in front of the computer. Like you, my job also forces me to sit in front of the computer. From around 7:30am to 5pm I'm sitting in front of my computer doing work. Of course I take breaks and do some stretches so that I don't strain myself too much.

i spend around 10 hours in front my computer.

I spend about 13 hrs in front of the computer. I have back pains all the time because I sit for so long.

My case is the same. I work for 10 hours, whole time spend in front of the computer. Which i am getting tired with these days. I ought to find out an alternative very soon. Then i do browse at home, as is the case with you, because i have absolutely no other work. Apart from the 6-7 hours of sleep, 1-2 hours for all other misc activities including travel, i spend the rest of the time in front of the computer.

6 hours at office and around like 5-6 hours at home. I am addicted to computer for almost one year.

I spend eight to nine hours in front of system. some times I even go home and sit infront of my system for browsing that time it might be around 12 to 13 hrs a day.
